Cameron & Wilding was formed at the end of 2009 by Neil Cameron and Ben Wilding, who saw the potential for a new kind of web development company, one with an emphasis on service, quality and professionalism. Building on a strong foundation of technical expertise and business experience, Cameron & Wilding have gone from strength to strength and now service a diverse range of clients.

Neil has worked with Drupal for over six years with clients ranging from web start-ups to large corporations. Prior to his Drupal involvement, he worked as an IT consultant for Accenture, within a project management team in Financial Services. Neil has an academic background in economics, politics and languages and holds undergraduate and post graduate degrees from the University of London (SOAS and ISA).
When not working, Neil helps as an assistant instructor (2nd dan) at the London Aikido club, dances salsa and organises events in the Drupal community.
As operations and project manager for Cameron & Wilding Ben draws upon three years of business and management experience. Prior to starting Cameron & Wilding he was responsible for the day to day running of a wholesale business with an annual turnover of £1 million. This work involved the coordination of a distributed, fifteen person sales team, budget management and financial planning. Ben holds a bachelors degree from the University of London in Thai and Korean Languages and an ACCA Diploma in Financial Management.
When not working, Ben enjoys sailing and learning Tango.
Pablo studied Computer Software Engineering in Valladolid, Spain. Prior to coming to C&W he worked as a freelance web developer in projects of different nature, which gave him an in-depth knowledge of technologies such as PHP, JavaScript, CSS and Flash.
In his spare time he enjoys walking his dog, reading about new web trends, playing poker and edits the magazine for his home region of La Cistérniga.
Indy, a graduate of internet computing at Brighton university, comes to us from Bounty, one of the largest Drupal sites in the UK. He brings with him a wealth of Drupal knowledge and some niche skills such as database sharing between Drupal and ASP / MsSQL.
Currently Indy spends most his non working hours looking after his 5 month old son or getting away from it all in Brighton or Northumberland.
Ed's Drupal and PHP career started when he was working on charity projects in Bangalore, India. Since then he has spent 3 years working in web accessibility and building software for blind and visually impaired people. Ed has a bachelors degree in Physics from Nottingham University.
In his spare time Ed enjoys cycling and travelling to remote parts of the UK with his sleeping bag and camping stove.
Our core competency is coming up with Drupal solutions for complex problems, but we couldn't achieve this without a little help from our partners.
Nadine Schofield is our project manager and keeps us all in line and on time. Nadine is a veteran of the digital agency world, having worked with some of the most well known agencies over the last ten years. She is an experienced practitioner of both Prince 2 and agile methodologies.
Patrick Blunt is one of our business advisers. He is CEO of Business Extra, Chair of the Southwark Chamber of Commerce since 2006, and Managing Director of the London Knowledge Innovation Centre.
