The nature of higher education is changing. With the increase in competition globally, the only way to stay relevant in this digital age is to utilise and leverage digital technologies. The new generation of student-customers require an innovative way of attracting, teaching and maintaining, and those who do not digitise their offerings will be left behind. Although universities are fully aware the world is changing ever so swiftly. These large organisations lack the vision, capability, commitment and perseverance to implement new technology effectively.
